• a taxi or appropriate transportation from the patients home to a UK airport, if required
• return airline travel
• transfer from overseas airport to the designated hospital
• all accommodation
• medical treatment including surgeons, doctors - plus any other specialist treatment by medical practitioners not employed by the hospital
