Leading Private Hospital in Slovakia

A Leading Hospital in Bratislava

"Small is Beautiful – The Leading Boutique Hospital in Slovakia"

Experienced surgeons from various countries, super friendly English-speaking staff, modern and comfortable facilities. The small size of the hospital allows for a very personal style of care with a strong focus on the patient’s needs.

The hospital was a pioneer of ambulatory surgery in Slovakia and has since provided over 15 years of top quality health care services. They understand the huge responsibility they bear to each and every patient, which is why they focus on providing a personalised standard of care. The hospital complies with the strictest hygiene standards and regulations.

The hospital’s priority is to offer the very highest standard of services. Therefore, they treat each client individually and with due care. They will keep you informed about all aspects of care. Their staff will be by your side every step of the way, ensuring you feel welcome on your arrival at the hospital and providing maximum comfort after your surgery.

Every surgical procedure is preceded by a consultation with a doctor, who will explain to you clearly and in detail all you need to know. Their care does not end after surgery. Doctors at the hospital meticulously care for the health of their patients even after leaving the operating room.

The staff consists of experienced surgeons from Slovakia, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Austria. The support staff are hand-picked to serve international clients, speaking various languages in addition to English. The hospital has been receiving patients from Western Europe for more than 10 years.

The hospital has been active for over 15 years in all of the categories of day case surgery, such as ENT, Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, Plastic and Reconstructive surgery, Urology or Ophthalmology.

Additionally, they are one of the few clinics globally offering therapies that utilise stem cell transplantation, e.g., in orthopedic and plastic and reconstructive surgery.

The podology department has also gained an excellent reputation and attracted tops athletes as our clients including, among others, a world-class tennis player, an NHL ice hockey player and a top Premier League football player.

The facilities located in the outskirts of the Slovak capital of Bratislava are brand new, having been tailor built for the hospital in 2016. There are two operating theatres, equipped with modern endoscopy and laparoscopy tower systems, allowing for minimally invasive surgeries.

Orthopaedic patients can also use the rehabilitation centre in the hospital until their departure back to the UK.

In a separate part of the hospital there are apartments, each equipped with its own kitchen, which can be rented by a member of the patient’s family or a friend. They can also be used by patients, who require rehabilitation, so that they don’t need to commute between the hotel and the hospital before their return home.
