The facility benefits from modern facilities - recently renovated and air-conditioned en-suite patient rooms; a postoperative intensive care unit; and a number of specialised medical departments, including an International and Tropical Medicine and Microbiology Laboratory, an Imaging Centre and a modern Physiotherapy Centre with a Hydrokinesis pool.

“Clinical Concierge” and Patient Services: creating an environment that almost feels like ‘a home away from home’.

All patients have access to a clinical concierge service who take full care of patients before, during and after their treatment.

The service is carried out by the medical department in collaboration with the Customer Care Office, combining the assistance of a multidisciplinary medical team of doctors and extra-medical services. Each patient is followed, one-to-one, by a dedicated doctor – their case manager - who will constantly assist and support them throughout the therapeutic process, with the aim of supervising and coordinating doctors and specialists for patient care, treatment and surgery. The Case Manager will liaise closely with the administration department to ensure the whole patient experience runs smoothly.
